Gwyn has been in practice for many years. He is an experienced solicitor who trained at and worked for one of the world’s largest law firms In London, Brussels and Dubai.
Gwyn has held many senior roles including as a partner in a major UK regional law firm and head of the legal department of a US multi-national based in The Netherlands. He has also headed the legal department of a Government owned industrial port development corporation in Trinidad and Tobago that developed the largest industrial port and petro chemical complex in the Caribbean.
He was formerly a part time legal chairman of the Adjudication Panel in Wales and chairman of a local authority Standards Committe. He has held various business roles including being a director of a US multi-national’s companies in Europe, the Middle East and Singapore and managing director of DX Networks government service business.

Gwyn is a highly experienced solicitor who trained and practised at one of the world’s largest international law firms, with posts in London, Brussels, and Dubai.
His career spans a wide range of senior roles, including Partner at a major UK regional law firm, Head of Legal for a US multinational based in the Netherlands, and Head of Legal for a government-owned industrial port development corporation in Trinidad and Tobago, where he oversaw the development of the largest industrial port and petrochemical complex in the Caribbean.
Gwyn has also held significant public appointments, including serving as a Part-Time Legal Chairman of the Adjudication Panel for Wales and as Chairman of a Local Authority Standards Committee. His business leadership extends to directorships of US multinational subsidiaries across Europe, the Middle East, and Singapore, as well as the role of Managing Director for the government services division of DX Networks.
He holds an LLB from King’s College London and an MBA from Cardiff University Business School.
